In the current wave of booming development of China's shipping industry, the shortage of senior seafarers, especially junior officers, has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of the industry. This situation not only affects the normal operation of ships, but also poses a serious challenge to the international competitiveness of shipping enterprises.

To alleviate the shortage of senior seafarers, our company has actively broadened our international outlook and established a close cooperation with the top maritime schools in Bangladesh. After strict selection, we have successfully recruited the first batch of deck cadets and engine cadets from Bangladesh. They not only have high education background and excellent English communication ability, but also show the strong sense of responsibility and obedience. They are the future stars of the shipping field.

To help this batch of Bangladeshi cadets to better adapt to the working and living environment of Chinese seafarers, our company works together with Quanzhou Normal University to formulate a detailed and intensive training program, which covers many aspects, such as Chinese language learning, simulator practice, seamanship skills and metalworking technology. It aims to improve their professional skills and cultural literacy in an all-round way. Meanwhile, we focus on promoting the exchange and integration of Chinese and Bangladeshi cultures.
