Sinonew has established a dynamic and professional team with a good service attitude, quick response and efficient management skills. Most of the senior management staff are ocean-going captains and chief engineers, who not only have many years of working experience on board, but also have rich experience in crew management; the supervisors hold college diploma or above, who not only have a sincere service attitude and professional skills, but also have a high level of English communication skills.
